Good call. It was -1c again this morning and I have to mow my property today. Hoping this is the last time.

Finally sold my 328i. 8k, not bad considering it needed a new silencer and bodywork. And fans fixed. Paid 15k 4 years ago.

Thought of @Raza today when this guy pulled a Fast one and lost the fight but in hindsight its a very safe car he walked away

Subaru really touts their safety. Luckily, to date I’ve never availed myself of any real safety features (though I’ve had my fair share of probably should be deads), but it’s nice to have that in your back pocket. Especially as I’m older now, and the invincibility of my teen years and 20s has seemingly faded.

My son was run off the road earlier this year in his 2014 Impreza, it came to rest in between a concrete barrier and a pole. Side airbags deployed, although not the steering wheel one. He walked away with just a bruised knee even though the car was totaled.

Sounds like he was lucky not to have been split by either of those.
