Even here in the US, BMW's CPO warranty doesn't cover seals/water leaks. Do you park outside?

I do park outside. I don't care if it doesn't include seals - I want them to fix it!!

If not I'll just for a credit card charge back.

Assuming you have a BMW CPO warranty you'll likely have to suck it up unless BMW wants to goodwill the repair.

Can you find a good indy to address the seal issue(s) after you repair the failed sensors/electronics?

They called to say they're gonna go the investigation into what caused the ingress for free tomorrow. Its a start...

Yeah that’s where I was going with it. But the intimidation factor could work too.
