@litlmn here are a couple of folding rack options:

    Titan T-3 Folding Rack - https://www.titan.fitness/racks/wall...k/T3FLDUP.html

    Rogue RML3 Folding Rack - https://www.roguefitness.com/rogue-r...all-mount-rack

I have a Titan T-3 96" rack in my home gym and like it a lot. I have added Titan Jammer Arms and their Dip attachment, too.

In gyms that require shoes I like Reebok Nanos for DL.

I will be starting over (not completely, but its still discouraging) soon. How much of a difference do the knee wraps make for your squat? Previously if I tried over 405 lbs. it has always been tough on my knees.

If I wrap them myself, I don't see any weight difference, just confidence in the hole. When my handler/coach wraps them I probably get 20-30lbs. I use them leading up to and during a competition, training in SBD sleeves or bare knees otherwise. The SBD and similar knee sleeves are a great addition to any gym bag - they provide slight compression and warmth, as well as protection from the bar if you're a sumo deadlifter (I am).

Thanks, I will look into them now. Hoping to get my vaccine so I can get back to the gym soon.

Living next to a gym and having a girlfriend who climbs and plays squash means I've never done more fitness in my life. I was climbing last night, at the gym now, squash at lunch. Feel superb.

I was 5 days/week for years, honestly too hardcore (wouldn't allow myself holidays off)

Plan now is 3 days/week gym for weights, other days will be home cardio, body weight stuff, etc...

I can't hold the bar properly because of a tear in my left shoulder (putting off repair until we move) but I am able to do some tempo work with 145kg/320lbs.
