How do you make your meatballs? No 2 recipes are the same...

Angel hair is a pasta I generally avoid. It's too fine for me. I usually like a pasta with more substance.

Me too. Linguine is the thinnest I'd eat - not even spaghetti.

Capellini is the best. It's my favorite. So delicate on the tongue.

Pretty healthy lunch

I had the time for prep, so I made a wellington last night. I used prosciutto and made a duxelles of chanterelles, cremini and shallot. It was excellent. And yes, if you look close you'll see that I needed out pretty hard and scored 'IWL' into the butter puff before I baked it, in anticipation of this post. Don't judge me.
