    Sometimes nursing down a good beer is all it takes to wash away the shit from an otherwise shitty day. Actually, the day was ok. It just ended on a rather frustrating note, a note that is getting duller and duller by the sip.

    How long are you off it? 60+ days is rough on the body if you're regularly overdrinking and not just a glass of wine/night.

    I know mate Er I'll be off for a total of 1 day I suspect, knowing my willpower. Tbh back home I drink every day but most just 1 wine or 2 beers, out here, holiday, sunbathing, it's tough. I think I probably have a small problem, but I'll tackle it when I'm back home with routine and other things to do, unlike out here where I keep meeting friends...
