A bit all over the map tonight, but it worked fine. Jasmine rice with sautéd bok choi and shittake mushroom coupled with a seared butterfly porkchop and some cilantro aioli I whipped up.

Last night we went to the Munich Brauhaus at South Wharf in Melbourne. We had Pork Belly with Mustard Potato Mash with Sauerkraut. Washed it all down with a some Lemon and Mango flavored beers. My goodness it was unbelievably good. I didn't take a picture but it looked something like this.

I *JUST* discovered that Piranhas (certain kinds) are edible. Delicious even. Who knew.
    So, who's tried it?

That piranha looks well annoyed at getting deep fried!

I've eaten piranha before. Checked that on off the list a few years ago (I'd like to have a bite of everying at meats once).

It tastes like fish. Lots of bones. Rather unremarkable. Mine didn't come with the teeth still on (or the face, for that matter) but it would have been a great keepsake. Kinda like the wishbone of a turkey, but for naughty kids.
