Baking is in a hot place, roast I think should be exposed to a heat from one direction. I think. Anyone got the Hugh Furry Whipping Stool book on meat to hand?

This is about the exact opposite of what they are. Let your hair down and try something new sometime. I'm sure you'd enjoy them.

Made some angel hair pasta with home modified sauce and homemade meatballs for dinner today:

Not my best plating job, but you get the idea:

How do you make your meatballs? No 2 recipes are the same...

Angel hair is a pasta I generally avoid. It's too fine for me. I usually like a pasta with more substance.

Me too. Linguine is the thinnest I'd eat - not even spaghetti.

    Yo yo yo!
    Wrong wrong wrong!

Italians made capellini ("angel hair") IN ADDITION to a whole variety of thicker pasta.
Now, why would they do that huh?

You think Italians are stoopid? Huh?
Italians gave youz culture - Scarlatti, Monteverdi, Puccini, Tiziano (Mama mia!) ! And on and on, oh, and religion too.
How dare you talk smack! Show some respect!
They made capellini for a dang good reason. Find out how / when to eat it, capisce?
Don't make me send Tony over to see youz. Just sayin.
