Zooming in

Anyone interested in joining a Zoom chat to talk watches & whatever? Thought it would be a good distraction and to try something different. It would be a great way to chat with others all over the world. If, you are interested respond to this thread?

I'm up for it. My wife and I have had a couple pleasant Zoom substitutes for a friend's monthly "wine and conversation" gathering. It works surprisingly well, in my experience at least. Back in the WUS days I organized a few meet-ups in the SF Bay Area that left many good feelings. I global meet-up is an interesting prospect.

Sounds good! I'm in the uk so can do like 9pm gmt or so - I forget what time zones you are all in. But you guys crack on if we can't align :-)

I’ve been very busy at work, but if the time is open I’ll join. My schedule is all over the place so I’ll just look to see when these are happening and join if I can since it’s nearly impossible giving specific times. Go to meetings are a regular part of my day so online meetings have been a staple for over five years now. I’ve never used zoom which seems to be similar to G2M. Maybe do a couple at various times of the day. If we want a standard day and time then Sunday would be best.
