    Sounds interesting. The craziest things I've ever had were duck tongues, fried chicken feet and BBQ'ed mealworms. I think I've eaten crickets too.

    Many people where I live eat squirrel brains, I haven't tried those yet.

    Wasn't much meat on it. The skin was crispy.
