I’m bucking the trend and using lockdown to go on a bit of a health kick, so just one beer a week, picking out decent ones

I lost 5kg with the virus, so figured this was a great opportunity to get down to my fighting weight by keeping going :-)

Happy belated and keep up the goodfight. I am kind of in the opposite position. Except for working in the graden, which can't be done cuz it's too cold, I have grown to mostly hate exercise on land. All the pools are closed and there is nowhere to dive. I am really strugging to get any kind of decent exercise.

So, instead, I am drinking the cheap things I enjoy and working onall the indoor garden stuff. Mental fitness is good too.

Memorial Day marks the start of summer in the States. Of course it’s still fire pit season in Maine.
