    I just made a roast beef & cheddar on a Kaiser roll. Opened a new jar of horseradish and loaded the sandwich up before testing it.
    It's HOT!!!!! My sinuses are melting!

    Building the base for New Mexico pork stew tonight. A bit of pork rib, a couple of house made chorizo sausages, roasted anaheims and tomatillos. Into the oven at 190F to simmer all day.
