The last bit of preserving of the garden peppers. With this task done, I am down to half a dozen habaneros left and no other peppers, except the hankanero which was brought inside. On the upside my indoor Scotch bonnets are ripening. Tabascos, cayennes, a Hungarian wax and habaneros dehydrated and powdered. This is my first blended chile powder and it rivals the Hungarian for flavour, maybe even brighter, and it is quite a bit hotter.
