    Gin martini with this gin I just picked up.

    Slowly settling in to our new home. Still many boxes to unpack, spent the day looking for new stuff to replace old stuff and decided to enjoy an evening with some old stuff.     2005 grand cru classes are just getting to their sweet spot right now. I’ve got one more of these but luckily have quite a few others to enjoy over the next few years.
