Got the first of two loaves of fabulous bread in the oven. No pictures because everything is packed away (I'm moving in a couple of weeks and I can't believe how much debris has accumulated. Anyone need a copy of Microsoft Quick Pascal?)

It's always good to move at least once a decade so you're forced to purge the 'stuff'!

Please do. It's not as hard as it seems, but I rarely do it. Normally we just go out for sushi when we get the craving. But I do like using fresh, never frozen seafood, as was the case for the shrimp, king crab, rainbow trout, and yellowfin tuna I used last night.
It is now my duty to completely drain you.

Missus is feeling sick so we have postponed sushi night. Standby though, it'll be soon.

    FYI
Sashimi grade fish is often frozen.
Insisting on "fresh" is a little misguided.
