    Made soft polenta the other night, might have got a bit drunk and may have saved the polenta for frying at the last moment. Hence, it's thinness.

    Polenta, corn, rosemary, garlic and thyme chicken roasted on an open fire in a big ole cast iron fry pan. The chicken comes from the woman I buy my bison from and her chicken legs are consistently the best chicken I have ever had.

    Not home cooked, but steak with some creamed spinach at one of my favorite steakhouses....my wife told me I reminded her of Ron Swanson and Mulligan's.
