Last week I got a coat of Teflon on the Continental
Over the week it's been covered in pollen, so I just rolled it out of the carport to sit in the rain for a while and give it a lazy man's carwash.

The triumph is a 1993 trident sprint 900, its a lovely bike to ride but unfortunately the starter clutch went and I decided to get something more modern.

The Bullit is a 2019 Hero 125, it's a massive step down in power from the 900 but it's idea for a commuter bike.

Fingers crossed the triumph will sell this weekend I would have liked to keep it ut I already have a project in the shed

The Bullit reminds me of an old friend, many years ago.
At the time Steve hadn't quite made it financially, and he decided that to save money commuting to work he'd buy a motor cycle. He ended up with some kind of small 125 bike.
Well, ol Steve weighed in at about 300 odd pounds (21 1/2 stone).
At the time he worked in a shipyard. You can imagine what his co-workers would be like.
So, Steve shows up to work on his new scooter and the crews are are all milling around in the parking lot before clocking in. Suddenly, the gang starts laughing and pointing at Steve. He walks over to the gang and asks them what's so funny and one guy says "When we saw you on that motorcycle, you looked like a St.Bernard humping a 5 gallon bucket!"

I can't believe I've owned this bike since Feb 2002. At almost 200bhp it's still a ridiculously fast ride. It makes my fast cars feel very slow
