I was thinking something a bit more lumpy when I first saw that.

Been away for a few days. Had this in a diner.

Those eggs benes made with pulled goose and spiced gouda.

At home. Roasted zucchini fresh spinach, tomato sauce with caciocavollo and basil on freshly baked peasant loaf.

Seared tuna with a mustard, caper, and lemon sauce: asparagus with lemon aioli and linguine with chile garic olive oil and parsley. Canadian pinot noir with, for the light spicy notes.

Made an apple crisp last night. Not particularly complex, but tasty nonetheless.

Over here call that apple crumble - love the stuff. Dollop of vanilla ice cream, bit of cream... Nom.

Same over here, crisp & crumble are interchangeable. Cream being whipped cream? Haven't tried that, just ice cream.
