I've only enjoyed cauliflower cheese which is to say I've never enjoyed enjoyed cauliflower itself. Maybe I should give it another go.

I do like cauliflower and I found the pairing with the tomatoes and cod to be surprisingly good. I wouldn't but I am glad I made it.

I love mushrooms. I bought a pack of baby bellas (cremini mushrooms) for sautéing on Thursday. Not sure I'll make them with chicken or with the baked meatballs I'm planning to make.

Yes the mushrooms in Amsterdam have a different taste that's for sure :-)
