There's always an olive oil that comes in a bottle with a swing top lid. Our Costco now has pair of decent unfiltered stuff in 1l bottles with good ceramic swing tops. Smash a few garlic cloves, split some chilies, select a few choice fresh herb stems, and get it all into the bottle (drain 1/4 out for space). This is the easiest way but it is effective, and well worth trying. Soup, pizza, eggs: so many shades of excellent.
