    Pan-seared organic Atlantic salmon tonight. I usually prefer wild caught, but this had just come in and was very fresh. Not bad. I used the last of a soy/mustard reduction I made a few days ago and served it with sautéd chard and french beans. That is some seared duck breast on it that I cold smoked a few days ago. Not really suited but I couldn't resist, I'm really knocking it out of the park with the smoker lately.

    That looks superb kc. A tad more elegance on the sauce drizzling and that would be really rather beautiful! I can imagine the meats compliment each other just fine.

    Yeah, I kinda just threw the glaze on there. I was at the end of the batch and I was hungry, so...
