Thanks! They were delicious. I love scallops. I love seafood and scallops are my favorite thing that comes from the sea.

Tomorrow is going to be salmon with cauliflower rice. We’re cutting carbs at the Raza household.

Fire roasting poblanos, fresnos and Hungarian wax peppers. These will join the dehydrated cayennes, super cayennes and Hungarian wax peppers to form the basis for Chilli Colorado which Mrs. K and I will be attempting to perfect this winter.
