I'm sure it's fun. I've been to the drag strip a few times, it's always fun. But it's the lowest form of racing.

But the glorious, glorious engine sounds. And it was designed as an engaging and responsive driver's car rather than chasing outright speed. And have you heard the engine?

Not in person, but over video. Yeah, it sounds great, and it's very fast and capable. I even like how it looks. But it's not nearly as exciting to me as the F40. It's all a bit too much.

Make no mistake about the cost of maintaing a car like this for all year driving in our country's. Without smearing it closed with textil you need a overhaul every 4-8 years. I actually did things like this in the past, and they proved to be (unexpected) more expensive than calculated. Unless you pair it with a clio or smt a like, so you can drive on good day's only, costs can build up quick, it's still a old car in the end. Still a great car tough! I fall in love with car's at least 2 times a day becouse i am on the lookout for, in this case, a late 80's early 90's youngtimer....
