    **** Did you know ****

Well they say you learn something new each day and I find that so true I just happen across a you tube vid on 3133 movements was looking at poljot aviators and just happen on the vid ...

One of the reasons I don't wear mine more is the changing the date I have rubbed my fingers raw going round the clock face to set... never or can't remember being told of a quick set option tried the old 8.pm to 1.am trick to no avail .

So it surprise me that you can do this well sort of it is a much shorter swing then that it seems you go round like you would normal till it click on to the next day around the 12 o'clock position then just back to the 11 .pm position slowly and then back to the 12.pm position slowly till it clicks and then straight back again .....

Next time I get out my 3133 I will check this ......

feel free to add any did you know..... that you feel like adding to mine

    As always Ismy

    Yes :-)
Sorry, would have mentioned it before but thought everyone knew about this

I do like this 3133 semi quick-set date, the back and forth is much shorter than some others, so it’s pretty painless to set

    gratuitous 3133 pics: :-)

very rarely set the date, unless close forward. Afaik the date change is the most delicate part of such a robust movement, be gentle

    Good advice Dave
I had to get the date change on the Junkers fixed, and remember hearing that it’s a weak spot
