    Not really. Mild flavor, incredibly tender for how little fat there is. I under-seasoned, but it was my first time cooking it, so I wasn't sure how it would take to spices. I wanted to get a good experience of the meat, not just taste salt and pepper.

    The pasta cooked so fast, though. The box said 9 minutes for al dente, in 6 minutes the orzo was basically mush. I was so mad.

    Not to mention that I had a knife slipping incident and sliced two fingers open. One pretty deep. Thank goodness it was a sharp, clean knife. Should heal up without needing stitches.
