On Wednesday night I cooked a nice birthday dinner for a friend of ours, who happens to be a Burgundy collector. He brought these over to open with dinner. They were really really really good. (Dinner was French onion soup and cheese fondue, with appetizers of paté and veggies.)
Too many watches, not enough wrists.

Very enjoyable find from Aldi. think it will go perfectly with tonight's salmon. Mineral nose with tropical fruits, pineapple and mango. Well balanced palate. Crisp acidity with good ripe fruit. And extremely bargain priced.
