Christmas breakfast of rum and eggnog french toast, sausage, and last night's leftover mashed potatoes pressed into pancakes and fried. The toast is not as burned as it looks. The nog makes it burn easy, so you have to cook it with care.



Be it busy or laid back, I hope everyone had or is having an excellent Christmas.
