    Jato - thank you - you're doing God's work.

    Ml - yes!

Alan - nope. Modern bike engines can easily do 160k miles, but as people in the uk buy bikes and never ride them (bad weather etc) they sell them on autotrader with usually sub 5k miles on. So the mentality is that high mileage is bad. I commute 22k miles a year. Also, cars are warm and so convenient.

I'm sure I'll go a few times - we have a few bikers at work that wanna see it.

AFAIK those numbers are estimates. It's a running prototype.

There are plenty of motorcycles with more than 500hp at the rear tire. Years ago there was a shot of a turbo Hayabusa at the Maxton standing mile going thru the traps at ~260mph on the back tire.

    Edit - https://youtu.be/nNrEBnS4nTw

That Tomahawk is a fun design exercise but it's not a motorcycle.

I wasn't sure. You'd be surprised how many car guys don't realize how slow cars are

I drove bikes when I was younger, so I know. My first bike was a bike that should never have been a first bike:

Yes it did. Liked it so much that when it got too beat up, I bought another one. Later on I become soft and got one of these:

Quite modern for its day, shaft drive and water cooled. And you didn’t need to add oil every time you gassed up.
