    Took the leftover steak from post #490 and made some quesadillas. Used some Munster, sharp cheddar, provolone, mozzarella and a little bit of feta cheese. Drizzled balsamic on one of them but that didn't turn out too well. Actually it tasted great, but was just hard to eat. Accompanied with a nice Texas Hill Country Merlot / Malbec blend.

    Pretty much. I make my bases thin and crispy anyway so you couldn't really tell the difference.

    They have some decent wineries in Texas around the hill country, how many of the grapes are grown in Texas vs imported I don't know. I haven't done a lot of research and that bottle was a gift.
