I just happened to pick them when I first started watching soccer because I liked watching RVP play, and I've stuck with them even since. That being said with my short history with them they seem to be Ok, just being Ok and that's frustrating as a novice fan. Granted they have won a few FA cups, but still...

Sanchez will be next, probably Ozul too. I think Wenger needs to go, the team needs fresh leadership. And for goodness sake play Giroud more.
I indulge in a little schadenfreude at Arsenal’s expense now and then, but truth be told, I like the team. I even like Wenger, but he needs to go. The game has moved on from him, and he hasn’t been able to adapt. It’s time for the club to move on as well.

Spurs are up 3-0 at home and it’s whisper quiet.

Only managing a tie with Swansea isn't good enough. If we had a striker who could hit the barn side of a broad we could have easily won that one.

Should not have been that close, because we outclassed City from start to nearly the finish, but we walk away with all three points and City’s streak ended. Ours is still intact.

One thing that it really throws into harsh light is that we don’t necessarily need a new creative player. I’d take one. But we really need a goalkeeper. I think this was last chance saloon for Karius and he blew it completely. Should have saved Sane’s goal and had nothing to say about the other two. Mignolet stops that Sane shot, can’t say whether he’d do better. But really, if that Coutinho money buys us Butland, Oblak, or Alisson, and another central defender, I will grin and bear it because Lallana is working his way back and Oxlade-Chamberlain is shaping up to be quite the player indeed. But this defense and goalkeeping situation needs to be addressed. Lovren had 80 good minutes today, but managed to screw up twice to give City their third goal. He’s a roulette wheel of performances from minute to minute. Too unreliable.

But the finishes from Ox, Firmino, Mané, and Salah were all excellent.

I mean, did you see that Salah shot!?

Also, I don’t know how anyone could watch Andy Robertson and think Moreno has any right to come back into this team. Robertson has been excellent in his spell on the team sheet and his shutting down of Sterling all match long will endear him to the fans immensely.

I love Jurgen Klopp. He dropped an F-bomb in the post match (happily), and, after noting the the broadcast to the US meant his boss was watching he said “I thought that was okay in America”.
