    Just checked the cherry bombs. They've been in the brandy for a week.
    Pretty potent. I did add a bit sugar to temper them.
    They'll be ready for Christmas dessert and drinks.

    I might agree with you. I prefer crabs on their own, with beer, or in things like gumbos and bisques to being the feature in pasta.

    I'll take crab any time. Lobster too.

    There's this place near me that does a lobster bisque, I'm reminded. $10 for a bowl (24 ounces) and it's got so much lobster in it, you can grow sick of lobster by the end. So good.

    I'm eating mushrooms on toast covered with cheddar and Stilton cheese sauce. Covered in cheese. If must be December.
