    Went to Aldi's Friday night. Their stocking Christmas goodies. I picked up some stollen, panettone, and 6 jars of Morello cherries.
    First thing, Cherry Bombs! I drained one jar of cherries and filled it with Brandy. I'll check in a week to see if it needs a little sugar. For my tastes, probably not. They'll be ready for Christmas.

    Yesterday I made Brandied cranberry cherry compote. I didn't think until it was in the refer that I should have added some jalapenos. Next batch.
