    I am not a chef, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express.....

    That is indeed one of our commercial test kitchens.My position requires that I work closely with the chefs which comes with a lot of perks.

    It was an excellent meal. It was a collaboration between what might be our favourite here, The Hollows, and Saskatoon's currently most famous restaurant, Ayden. The chef/owner of Ayden won Master Chef Canada Season 1 and he was Christie's boss once. Christie has surpassed him by far, in my opinion, so when the collaboration was anounced Mrs K and I were quite excited and our suspicions were proven correct. The meal turned out more like one of her meals than it did one of his.

    After last night's extravagance and the chanterelle and swiss melts for lunch, something simple for supper. Wonton soup with seared bok choy.
