Yes. It looks good and very edible so don't take this the wrong way. But the tuna appears to be overcooked and underseared.

You have an outdoor grill. That's what it's for. Get it as hot as you possibly can. For tuna steak in that fashion you want to sear the outside intensely but quickly so the inside stays fresh and cool.

It's actually not difficult, just looks like it is. The key to success is hot.

Too much effort to heat that up - especially when it's raining. I can get my iron grill hotter tbf - I'll give it a try.

Had early dinner and early bed - the wife flew in in the red eye thus morning and was tired. We couldn't sleep so we had a cheese toastie in bed. It was a good idea.
