I've lost faith in Klopp completely. Everyone knew we needed at least a couple of defenders in the summer. Even non-experts could watch us and know our midfield offers no protection to the defence - yet still he ignores all of that, plays the exact same way every game and yet time after time the same thing happens.

We won't win anything this year, unless he starts to realise he needs to adapt - if he doesn't this is his last season here

Why no ire directed at Firmino over the missed PK? You have to at least put the ball on goal and force the keeper to save it. With their defensive weaknesses, LFC can't waste those kind of opportunities.

Echoes of the last 5 seasons yesterday. Awful defending (not just Lovren even if he was the worst), no defensive cover from the midfield, sloppy finishing (like 22-3 in shots still only 6-2 on target) and an all too familiar lack of intensity.

It was the return of Champions league at Anfield dammit. Show some drive and effort in trying to win it in the end. After the equalizer I don't think I counted one dangerous chance for Liverpool. Sevilla was closer to getting the win.

This is not a championship caliber team right now imo. Look at teams like united, city or Chelsea, they would've applied pressure the last 15 minutes and generated at least a few decent chance to get a goal. Liverpool never looked dangerous at the end of the match. No killer instinct... How the teams looked, this should've been a 3-nil win at least. Sevilla only created chance of errors.

Well new manager at Crystal Palace, same result.

Hoping Newcastle keeps up their momentum against Stoke today. Also Lascelles is a future England center back.

Also as far as the high kick calls, I think the yellow card Matt Richie received was the correct call. And I say that as someone who has received studs to the face before.

Lascelles forcing another winning goal. I loved he was arguing with the ref and stopped turned around and scored. It was a true captains goal.

Up to 4th! Tottenham still to play though.

We had 2 problems from last season - defence and breaking down teams who sit back.

How many of those have we sorted? ANSWER - 0

Klopp does not have any solutions, yet all the clues are there.


First time saying this - we won't win anything with Klopp. Pretty football, but not winning football.
