    Linguine with a tomato, roast pepper, roast chicken (leftovers from yesterday's lunch), chestnut mushroom (enhanced with porcini and their filtered rehydration liquid) sauce.

    These are 100% the best chips I've ever had. Homemade goodness. Technically wedges due to the fact that they are oven cooked, and wedge shaped, but still. Maris piper. I don't know what types of potato you have in the stayes/Canada etc?
