    Almost that time of year for my Weber Paella, made outside on the grill. Works real nice because I can spend out the briquettes and apply even heat along the bottom of the pan.

    Also, real fire. Always a winner. The cioppino has grilled cod, shrimp and croutons. The fire char always makes things better.

    Misoyaki butter fish is one of my favs (if done up right), the chef on this one did well I must admit . . .

    Sadly for work, I found myself at the 94th Aero Squadron Restaurant in Miami. The beer cheese soup was rather good!
