    I like them fine and I love them fried. I come from perogy country though, so fried poatao dumpling type things are ingrained.

    Homemade paella but with French sausage, hence the pairing with the Bordeaux. Actually it's all I had, but it is very tasty. Was purchased in Bordeaux itself, not a supermarket too, which is nice.

    What is the best stew in the world? I don't know,but cioppino is top 5 in my books.Especially when paired with either a good dry rose or champagne. I went with a Spainsh granacha rose.
