    Also did another (no pic)

    2 parts white rum
    1 part cointreau
    2 parts mango juice
    Juice from half a lime
    Shake with ice
Pour into highball glass and top up with sparkling wine (I used Cava)

It's been a good last few days.

    2001 Chateau Suduiraut
    2003 Warre's LBV Port
    2005 Shafer One Point Five
    2013 Shäfer-Fröhlich Felseneck

Not sure what I'm gonna pop once these are done. Might go old school with a 1990 Chateau LaLouvière or 1995 Shafer Stag's Leap District.

Just left my office after a 4 hour nonstop writing stint in preparation to finish uni.

Sitting on the deck currently with some Hendricks gin and a basil leaf from my garden.

Is that the best garnish you've tried with hendricks? I should try cucumber like I have with it in a g&t. Also, what you studying?

The best? Depends on The day I guess. But rubbing the inside of the glass with fresh basil, filling with gin and adding a sprig is very nice. You can't go wrong with a knot of cucumber peel or lemon zest either.

Im finishing an advanced specialty in risk management and financing.
