    Definitely starting to get there with Henry's jerk chicken recipe. Much better heat on the grill this time so got a proper char going

    Less liquid in the marinade and plenty more garlic and peppers (though could do with a tiny bit more). Next time I'll have it perfected

    Was devoured with a homemade mango salsa and crispy potato wedges.
