Depends on which year Camaro, but if it is also a late 70's they were a bigger POS than the Trans Am. These were my high school years and the cars in the late 70's were pretty sad.

You don't seem to be the type to have that much patience, and sense of humor to deal with keeping up an older car. I know what I go through with our XK8(2002). It takes a good deal of money to keep these up.

New cars are so much better than even 5 years ago cars. I still do preowned, but mostly 1-2 years old.

I do currently drive an 11 year old sports car--and it's been my only car for the last four years.

Sigh. Feeling a bit nostalgic today. Wish I could have kept it when I got my Z4. Such a hardworking and honest car; it could go anywhere a sedan could be expected to go. 6 speed manual set it apart from the rest, limited edition, sweet turbo engine. I love my Z4 so much, but the Jetta was just such a no-worries car.

I might be moving house sometime soon. The new place will have a garage and/or parking for at least 2 cars. I'm excited.

Polo GTI and McLaren 570S Spider?

McLaren makes such hot cars. Shames they're all automatics.

Realistically it wouldn't be the spyder - not practical in this country.

I don't know what I'd get. Actually a 5 door polo gti would be a good shout, or maybe a golf gti. Then a cayman s.
