This was dinner the other night. Salmon and dill with a side of escarole, which is a criminally underused vegetable. There's a bit of a dressing on the escarole, can't quite recall what it was. Delicious though. It's from a service I started using. $150 a week for four meals for two people. All organic, all gourmet, and cooked already. All meals are in the 600-800 calorie range, as well.
