    Bakers: coat with olive oil, coat with coarse sea salt, bake.

    Had the Mahi version yesterday for lunch. Fish was brushed with Jerk Butter before cooking.

    I love jerk, and I enjoy butter. But jerk butter sounds like something awful you'd find in a locker room.
