Pork rinds are pretty popular in arts of the US. I think that is not quite the same thing, but close-ish.

They're a guilty pleasure for me. Tons of protein, but they're so bad for you.

I am from Hawaii and I love spam. It can be a little salty but it is great for stir fried rice, omelets, and spam, bake beans, spam, spam, eggs, and spam.

The wife has tried to enforce only high welfare meat consumption in the house, and less rather than more. So, spam may be hard to get by her, but lemme work on it.

There is low sodium spam. Great introductory spam.

Ooh nice - didn't know you can eat chive flowers. I started growing chives recently and the flowers surprised me.
