    I prefer to cut my own steaks from a roast. Tonight's choice is a NY.

    Tonight was rare grilled tuna steaks, a long time favourite of mine. Spicy sautéd kale and again with the couscous.

    I warm it lightly over a match and eat it with my hands, caveman style.

    Tonight I had bowl of dark chocolate ice cream with some dry toasted almond slivers on top.
    There's just something about the taste of toasted almonds and chocolate. One of the best combinations of food.
    No pictures. It's ice cream. It's nuts. You get the idea, right?
