Those potatoes sound great. I think I am going to borrow the idea when I get back to work. We are closed for a week, starting tomorrow. Unfortunately, I am the Chef. Which means, I don't really get to be off for a week. Deep cleaning, refrigeration maintenance, and menu work will keep me busy. At least I will get to wear my fun watches. I will post pictures of your potatoes when I make them.

Tinned Tuna I agree with you. Tuna steak however, is delicious - not fishy like tinned - a totally different kettle of fish in fact. And way too expensive for the moggies!
