    I usually photograph smaller portions then pile more on and stuff my face! It was actually a bag of frozen mixed exotics - mostly cep and chanterelles I think. Very tasty.

    This is a smoked paprika crusted local Mahi with carrot ginger dumplings and a Thai curry broth with English peas.

    To be honest, this thread is full of amazing food! I am pretty stoked to see so many people doing so many cool things with food. I have enjoyed perusing this thread immensely.
