    So, c'mon , what's the lower threshold ballpark ? £10k? £5k?, £3k?

Your perception of general opinion on the matter.

I would say starting around £7k. £5k is expensive but I don't think it gets you into "high end."

It's always been a bit of a mystery to me
I don't think of Rolex, Omega, or middle of the road brands as high end. But the parameters will never be set in stone because it's opinion and who's to judge?

The only watch that I would consider "high end" that I've owned recently, although, I know it's "entry level" high end...but I dig it.

Well I have an entry level Omega, and entry level Lange, and there is a possibility that my next watch will be an entry level Patek (Calatrava). It sucks
