Looks don't matter, only taste! Oh, and you have too many ingredients IMO. Stick to the basic and good!

(I should add it was cooked on a stone, but as I was cooking three separate pizzas, this one was put on a covered cookie while the others cooked.)

Too many ingredients inschmedients. Just mixed meats, cheddar (flavoursome cheese), mozzarella (stringy) and chillies. Tasted epic.

Pork chorizo, avocado, and sharp cheddar cheese omelette with some splashes of jalapeno/avocado salsa:

Talk about truth in advertising, the first two listed ingredients in the chorizo were salivary glands and lymph nodes.

Too lazy to make a ham, too snobbish to accept a store ham. I made a rub similar to how I would season a Virginia/ country ham and rubbed it onto a bought one. Fire roasted it on applewood and made a honey/cider vinegar glaze which went on every hour. At the same time I made a 2 1/2 lb sour multigrain loaf based on the assumption that at that size there would be leftovers for a ham sammich.

Just had a Grilled cheese sandwich, then a macaroni cheese ready meal, then a cheesejack (savoury cheese flapjack). Hangovers need cheese.
