I admire your restraint. I quit smoking a few years back - which I loved - so I'm dining out on that, probably forever, and indulging all of my other vices guilt-free. I'd be able to afford a lot more watches were I dry though.

You know, so many of my friends say the same... In fact, some say that I only spend as much as I do on watches because of the money I save from not drinking!

I don't smoke cigarettes, but I certainly enjoy the occasional pipe (converted over from cigars back in 2010).

Just named the best cask gin in the world. The family that make it grow every single ingredient (except the water) that goes into this gin. They've only been making booze for a two or three years. Their first barrel aged gin was only made because Dad went too far and the product was so overwhelmingly aromatic that it was undrinkable. I still have most of a bottle of that one and it is still my favourite product of theirs.

These days I drink less and smoke more. Fewer hangovers that way.
