This. Plus I have a bar, harnesses, and a fire system.

I use specialty insurance for my Suburban and Corvette.

Yeah I doubt insurance would be allowed to check that though no?

The police might do though , to prove/confirm 'you' were driving like an idiot when 'you' mowed someone down...

I wonder if I can disable it... There's a BMW carly app that supposedly allows you to recode your car, like a dealer does.

But seriously, I really want to build an old Caddy on bags.

You have to tell your insurance company about mods?
I drive a two seat convertible year round in the northeast! I know about practicality being boring. But lowering your car to the point that you can't access its performance because it gets damaged by the roads is a bit silly, don't you think?

Meh. I mean it just needs to be stiff enough so that it can't bottom out. Haha.

Both my cars are lowered and I have never had any problem. My black car had to have the front inner fender liners removed and the fenders rolled because I was having rubbing issues.

After I do the bushings and swaybars, my next mod is Koni Sports with 550 lb/in front springs and 750 lb/in rears. Which should be plenty in a 2200lb car.

I had a '68 Caddy like that front one. Same awful yellow color, 472ci, 375 hp or something like that.

    It got about 12mpg

Just was reading about the new Challenger SRT Demon with 840 HP. Not something I'm interested in, but I like that someone is building it.
